This is one of the most popular hot springs in the park. We went in late May and at 11-ish AM, the waiting time to get into the lot and park is an hour or more. But it's worth it. Next time we go here, I want to hike up to the small hills south of the spring that you can see in the panorama photos. You can get a decent view down into the spring I think. If only drones were legal to fly in the park.

The bison occasionally wander through these springs looking for food and for warmth. You can see a lot of bison foot prints in some of the close up photos. I never saw any bison in this spring but it would be quite a sight.
